Isokinetic mini gym provides resistance training for all throwing
motions, i.e.: shot-put, discus, javelin, hurdles, high jump, and
broad jump. All power lifting can be done with one Mini-Gym with
optional leaper pads or with optional padded power bar. Many athletes
have improved their vertical jump 4-10" with leaper exercises.
